What happens to my customers if SunLicense goes down?
Nothing breaks. Your app can verify the signed offline license file with your public key and no network access. Online checks resume when we're back.
Can I revoke a license that was used offline?
Online checks see a revocation within seconds. An already-downloaded offline file stays valid until its refresh window ends (30 days by default) or it expires, whichever comes first.
Do I need to change my code if I used SunLicense V1?
The official SDKs work with SunLicense Cloud as they are: set the base URL to https://sunlicense.com and use an API key from your dashboard as the token.
What does "alpha" mean for me?
SunLicense Cloud is free while we build it with early users. Expect fast changes and a direct line to the developers. We'll give plenty of notice before paid plans start.
